Job Description:

About the Role

The Trainer is responsible for delivering end-to-end training programs that support onboarding, upskilling, performance improvement, and operational readiness. You will design training content, facilitate classroom and blended modules, support nesting performance, and collaborate with operations to address learning needs across the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and blended training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
  • Conduct refresher programs to strengthen core customer service, process knowledge, and product understanding.
  • Prepare, update, and design training materials aligned with business requirements.
  • Generate training reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide floor support to reinforce learning and ensure smooth transition from training to operations.
  • Coordinate with different LOBs to complete Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Conduct feedback sessions and performance discussions as required.
  • Partner with operations to resolve training-related queries and recommend capability improvements.
  • Support BQM initiatives and ensure nesting compliance.
    Responsibilities may evolve based on business requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in training or learning facilitation preferred.
  • Ability to create structured training content and deliver engaging sessions.
  • Good stakeholder management across training, operations, and quality teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment with defined throughput goals.
