About the Role

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page initiatives. You will work closely with content and marketing teams to drive high-quality organic traffic, conversions, and long-term search visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent growth opportunities

  • Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure

  • Plan and execute off-page SEO and ethical link-building strategies

  • Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, schema, site speed, and mobile optimization

  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools

  • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements

  • Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-focused content

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities

  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports highlighting insights and optimization priorities

  • Lead SEO initiatives aligned with marketing and business objectives

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven SEO experience with demonstrated organic growth results

  • Strong hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for SEO implementation

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content optimization workflows

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing

  • Background in content marketing and SEO-led content strategy

  • Up-to-date knowledge of evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates
