Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and supplier queries through chat support channels

  • Identify, analyse, and resolve issues accurately

  • Maintain high-quality written communication in both Hindi and English

  • Document chat interactions and resolutions using internal systems

  • Use MS Office / Google Sheets & Docs for case tracking and analysis

  • Follow defined processes, service guidelines, and quality standards

  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in all chat interactions

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Higher Secondary (XII)

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English

  • E-commerce experience is a plus

  • Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills

  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Sheets / Docs

  • Ability to interpret issues and propose accurate solutions
