Key Responsibilities

Handle customer and supplier queries through chat support channels

Identify, analyse, and resolve issues accurately

Maintain high-quality written communication in both Hindi and English

Document chat interactions and resolutions using internal systems

Use MS Office / Google Sheets & Docs for case tracking and analysis

Follow defined processes, service guidelines, and quality standards

Maintain professionalism and consistency in all chat interactions
Job Requirements
Education:

Higher Secondary (XII)
Experience & Skills:
-
Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English

E-commerce experience is a plus

Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Sheets / Docs

Ability to interpret issues and propose accurate solutions
