Job Requirements
Education:

Minimum 12th pass (XII) or equivalent
Experience & Skills:

Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates in contact center operations

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Additional languages are a plus

Strong verbal communication and professional customer handling skills

Physically fit and able to work in a WFO environment
