Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through voice-based contact center operations

  • Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi

  • Accurately document customer interactions and service details

  • Follow service processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

  • Ensure attendance, schedule adherence, and performance benchmarks

  • Represent the organization professionally in all customer communications

  • Support daily service operations while maintaining quality expectations

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum 12th pass (XII) or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

  • Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates in contact center operations

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

  • Additional languages are a plus

  • Strong verbal communication and professional customer handling skills

  • Physically fit and able to work in a WFO environment

  • Work From Office (WFO)
