Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests via chat

Communicate professionally in Hindi and English using approved scripts

Analyze customer issues using order history, profiles, and CRM tools

Provide resolution during chat or escalate issues following SOPs

Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system

Follow data security, compliance, and quality standards

Adhere to defined processes and workflows consistently
Job Requirements
Education:

Higher secondary (XII) or equivalent
Experience & Skills:

Prior e-commerce or chat-based customer support experience

Familiarity with CRM systems for chat handling, ticketing, and documentation

Strong written comprehension, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs

Ability to handle multiple chat interactions efficiently

Structured and process-oriented working style
