Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests via chat

  • Communicate professionally in Hindi and English using approved scripts

  • Analyze customer issues using order history, profiles, and CRM tools

  • Provide resolution during chat or escalate issues following SOPs

  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Follow data security, compliance, and quality standards

  • Adhere to defined processes and workflows consistently

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Higher secondary (XII) or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

  • Prior e-commerce or chat-based customer support experience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for chat handling, ticketing, and documentation

  • Strong written comprehension, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs

  • Ability to handle multiple chat interactions efficiently

  • Structured and process-oriented working style

  • Work From Office (WFO)
