Key Responsibilities

Manage customer leads end-to-end and ensure timely follow-up

Job Requirements
Education & Eligibility:

Undergraduate candidates: Minimum 6 months sales/service experience

Graduates: Freshers eligible; sales/service experience preferred
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada

Clear articulation, active listening, and problem-solving skills

High customer centricity and service orientation

Ability to work in shifts with rotational weekly offs
