Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer leads end-to-end and ensure timely follow-up

  • Communicate progress clearly with customers and stakeholders

  • Resolve customer queries and service requests within defined TAT

  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

  • Maintain updated knowledge of systems, tools, and processes

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities

  • Build strong rapport with customers and internal teams

  • Demonstrate customer-centric approach in all interactions

 

Job Requirements

Education & Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate candidates: Minimum 6 months sales/service experience

  • Graduates: Freshers eligible; sales/service experience preferred

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada

  • Clear articulation, active listening, and problem-solving skills

  • High customer centricity and service orientation

  • Ability to work in shifts with rotational weekly offs

  • Work From Office (WFO)

  • Location: Gurugram / Gurgaon, India
