Job Requirements
Education:

Higher Secondary (XII) or equivalent
Experience & Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English

Confidence handling outbound customer conversations

Comfortable in a target-driven, structured calling environment

Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills

Willingness to follow SOPs and operational guidelines
