Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned call lists

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in Hindi and English

  • Share accurate information and resolve customer queries

  • Follow calling scripts, SOPs, and escalation guidelines

  • Maintain basic call records and process documentation

  • Meet daily calling targets and productivity expectations

  • Ensure professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Higher Secondary (XII) or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English

  • Confidence handling outbound customer conversations

  • Comfortable in a target-driven, structured calling environment

  • Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to follow SOPs and operational guidelines

 

 

Work Mode & Shift:

  • Work From Office (WFO)

  • Outbound calling duration as per operational requirements

  • Location: Kolkata, India
